By submitting your movie, we don’t guarantee that your film will be featured/listed on our website. Your movie will be evaluated, reviewed and rated by our team. If it has received enough ratings, then only we can feature/showcase your film on our website for the viewers.

We may not accept films with explicit content or unnecessary nudity. If it is the demand of your subject which is genuine, then only we can think of accepting your film.

We may not accept films on controversial subjects or any political party or the topics which can disrespect or incite any religion or community or group.

The final decision for selecting or listing the films will be completely on our team. We will not entertain any other person from outside to change our decision.

For technical reasons from our side, if we can’t list/feature your film, then you will receive the full refund within 15 business days.

After listing your film, if your given YouTube/Vimeo link doesn’t work or your video is removed from YouTube/Vimeo for some reasons, then you won’t get any refund. We are not responsible for that. You have to submit the new link again.

You are responsible for your society/flat/owner’s rules if they don’t allow any shooting at your place.

You have to take the permission, if required, to rent out your location for the film crew.

You have to discuss your location/home’s rules to the film crew beforehand. Discuss everything which is important for them to know beforehand. Eg. Timing for the shoot, day/night shoot allowed or not, exact rent, any money exchange between the two parties, smoking/drinking/intimate scene shooting or any such things are allowed or not, etc.

We just provide a platform to rent out your location for the film shooting. You have to manage the rest of the things or any mishap that occurs between you and the film crew or your society/owners/flat members.

Be gentle and kind in dealing with the film crew, as you are not giving your location for free but on rent. Help them as much as needed, so that they will review/rate your location higher and prefer/recommend your location in future also.

Be reasonable while quoting a rental with them. They have many other options to go for, so deal with them politely with reasonable rent and be a good host.

Good hospitality = More recommendation/rating = More clients.
