You are responsible for your society/flat/owner’s rules if they don’t allow any shooting at your place.
You have to take the permission, if required, to rent out your location for the film crew.
You have to discuss your location/home’s rules to the film crew beforehand. Discuss everything which is important for them to know beforehand.Eg. Timing for the shoot, day/night shoot allowed or not, exact rent, any money exchange between the two parties, smoking/drinking/intimate scene shooting or any such things are allowed or not, etc.
We just provide a platform to rent out your location for the film shooting. You have to manage the rest of the things or any mishap that occurs between you and the film crew or your society/owners/flat members.
Be gentle and kind in dealing with the film crew, as you are not giving your location for free but on rent. Help them as much as needed, so that they will review/rate your location higher and prefer/recommend your location in future also.
